Description: A cement-based, single component mortar in powder form, used far bonding ceramic and tile.
Application Areas: lndoor, horizontal and vertical surfaces, bonding small and medium size floor and wall ceramics, with more than 3% water absorption rate, covering materials with a maximum size of 33x33 cm.

Preparation of the Surface: Special attention must be given that the application surface is cured. The application surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, paint, silicone, curing agents and detergents. The application surface must be wet and kept damp. lf the water absorption of the surface is high, the product must be applied after the primer.
Preparation of the Morlar: 25 kg of Falcon Tile and Ceramic Adhesive Mortar is added ta approximately 6.5 - 7 liters of clean water and mixed by a mixer with low speed ar with a trowel, until there are na lumps. Prepared mortar should be left ta mature far 5 - 1 O minutes, and mixed again before use. The mortar must be used within 2 - 2.5 hours.
Application lnformation: A contact layer is generated by pressing the adhesive mortar strongly onto the application surface, the layer is combed with an appropriate notched trowel. The adhesive mortar must contact at least 80% of the backside of the ceramic. Apply force with a rubber hammer.
Consumption: 3.5 - 4 kg/m2
Caution: Avoid application in temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C. Avoid application on frozen areas, on areas under risk of freezing in 24 hours ar on areas open ta direct sunlight ar wind. Never attempt ta extend the expired mortar by adding powder and water. The values mentioned above are obtained at 23±2°C and 50±5 relative humidity conditions.

Shelf Life: Unopened packages can be stored in dry environments far up ta 12 months, stacked maximum 1 O packages on a pallet.
